Order Terms & Conditions i Please read the terms & conditions carefully and scroll to the bottom to accept them, in order to checkout.
1. Payment & Financing: We’re happy to offer flexible payment options for families investing in premium products. For individual items priced over $8,000, customers may select our split payment option at checkout. This allows you to pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% in 10 days. If the second payment is not received within 10 days of the initial order, the order will be automatically canceled. No refund will be issued as these are custom made products and work begins as soon as the order is placed. Only products over $8,000 individually qualify for this program, regardless of total cart value.
2. Build Times: Once your purchase is finalized, your order goes directly into production. See individual product pages for detailed estimates of build times. Our posted build times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remember, our products are handcrafted and must pass rigorous quality checks. Build time delays do not permit cancellation.
3. Order Changes: You can only make changes to your order up to 24 hours from order placement. After 24 hours all sales are final and no changes will be accepted.
4. Cancellations:All orders may be cancelled within one (1) business day from the date of your order, provided the order has not been processed. To cancel an order, you must contact Noble Kids directly to inquire as to whether your order has been processed. Noble Kids, in its sole discretion, will determine whether an order can be cancelled based on whether production has started and/or whether the item has been shipped. Noble Kids reserves the right to deny all cancellation requests after two (2) business days or once the order is processed, whichever occurs first. A 30% restocking fee may apply.
5. Shipping & Delivery: Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for complete information. Depending on your delivery location, long distance delivery will take an additional 2-4 weeks. Please note, your delivery location must be accessible by semi-trailer and be clear of snow. Also, please ensure that your order will fit through your doorways and gates to avoid restocking fees. For any shipment delays, storage and/or transfer fees may apply.
6. Product Inspection: We work only with experienced drivers and ensure our Amish Made Products are heavily wrapped during the shipping and delivery process. We also carefully inspect each item prior to delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect the product upon delivery and report any damage while the delivery is taking place.
7. Hand Crafted Product: Each piece of our product is handcrafted, with unique grain patterns and characteristics. No two pieces of products are exactly alike. For other product questions, please visit our FAQ Page or Contact Us.
8. Return Requests: Our Amish woodworkers labor to make each handcrafted piece exactly as requested. All purchases are made to order with your specifications. For this reason, we are not able to accept returns. Please review your order to verify that it is correct and to be certain that your product will fit into its intended room, through all doorways and stairways.
In the unlikely case that your order is damaged during shipping, we will ensure that the damage is resolved to your satisfaction. We will not pay for any repairs or alterations made without our prior approval.
We stand behind the workmanship of our products and provide a warranty for manufacturer defects. See the warranty section below for more information.
9. Warranty: Most of our products, with the exception of toys and furniture, come with a one-year repair warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship errors. This warranty does not cover commercial use, normal wear and tear, or wood expansion and contraction caused by uncontrolled humidity conditions.
This is the amount you’ll pay right now to secure your order. If you’ve chosen the split payment option, this will be 50% of your total. The remaining balance will be due 10 days from today.

If you’ve selected the split payment option, this is the second half of your total. The balance is due 10 days from your order date, giving you time to plan while we prepare your item. You’ll receive a reminder before the due date, and you can pay any time before then.
