    At Noble Kids, we strive to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. Here's what you need to know about our delivery options:

     

    PLAYSETS

    Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to the following states:

    • Pennsylvania
    • New Jersey
    • Maryland
    • Delaware
    • Washington, DC
    • Northern Virginia

     

    Shipping Calculations: For other locations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

     

     

    PLAYHOUSES

    All Playhouse kits have free shipping in the contiguous United States.

     

     

    FURNITURE

    All Furniture has free shipping in the contiguous United States.

     

    White Glove Delivery: For an extra level of service, choose our White Glove Delivery option. This premium service includes careful handling and setup of your Amish-made furniture, ensuring they are ready for immediate use.

    Delivery and Installation

     

    PLAYSETS

     

    Wood & Vinyl

    • Normal lead times for swing sets are about 7–12 weeks from the date of order.
    • Our installation crew will deliver your swing set in pieces to your property and install it within an hour or two.
    • Free on-site installation of your playset within 150 miles of Lancaster, PA. Amish craftsmen will deliver and set up your new playset in your backyard in a matter of hours.

     

    Customer’s Responsibility

    • All playdecks are prebuilt. The playset site must be level and accessible.
    • If not level, it must be prepared before delivery.
    • For playdecks, we need clearance as wide as playdeck plus six inches.
    • There is a $300.00 charge for fence removal, but remember there are some fences that we can’t remove so please call with questions.
    • An additional $500.00 charge will be added for having to return because of inaccessibility.

    Specialty Playsets

    • Product will be shipped in approximately 10 weeks (due to Covid-19 delays and receiving necessary parts).
    • The product is built first and then taken apart in mostly large sections for shipping.
    • A few people will be needed to unload the sections from the delivery truck unless a forklift is available.
    • May be delivered fully assembled if there is access to the site for a shed delivery truck. Contact us with your zip code to confirm.
    • This item is too large for UPS or FedEx and will be delivered via motor freight.
    • When delivered by truck freight, the shipper will coordinate delivery time with you.

     

    PLAYHOUSES

    • Shipped nationwide via common carrier.
    • Two or more people may be required to unload and unpack the pallet.
    • Shipment will arrive on a pallet (quantity varies based on building size).
    • Truck driver will help remove bands and wrapping but cannot move the item into your home.

     

    Standard Curbside Delivery

    • Customer is responsible for moving the piece from the rear of the truck.
    • You will need two or more people to assist with unloading.
    • Most drivers are helpful and may assist for a small gratuity.
    • Driver can open the pallet on the truck so pieces can be taken off individually.
    • The driver may leave once the shipment is off the truck and near your home.

    • Inspect the item at time of delivery. If there is damage, write “Product Damaged” clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and then call us.

       

    FURNITURE

    • Delivered on a truck with one driver.
    • Driver will unload to your driveway but not inside your home or office.
    • Customer is responsible for bringing the furniture inside.
    • Delivery company will contact you to schedule delivery.
    • Most furniture is blanket-wrapped inside boxes for protection.

     

    White Glove Inside Delivery

    • For qualified orders, Noble Kids offers flat-rate White Glove Inside Delivery Service for an additional $199. With this delivery option, one or two drivers will unload every piece and carefully unpack them
    • They will bring each piece into the correct rooms and perform light assembly.
    • Finally, they’ll even clear your home or office of wrapping materials. It’s our most personal, valuable way to ensure your satisfaction, and the perfect way to welcome your new heirloom to the family.
